The HVAB is the official destination marketing organization for all of Centre County, as certified by the Centre County Board of Commissioners.

Philipsburg Dog Park is located on the corner of Route 322 and E Pine Street and is open dawn till dusk. This park is managed by the Philipsburg Borough. Donations to the park can be made at the Philipsburg Borough Building.
